What forms of payment does World PediSpa accept?

How long does it take to receive equipment after I place an order?
Within 5-10 business days. If there are any changes, we will let you know the cause of delay. For custom orders, it may take 4-6 weeks. Shipping will be delivered by our major freight carrier.
What kind of assembly is needed?
If you purchase a pedicure chair, you will receive 2 boxes. The chair and base which are very easy to connect. You don't even need a tool to put them together. Simply pick up the chair and insert into the cylinder base.
How often do we need to clean the whirlpool filter?
After every client. We recommend cleaning daily by removing the filter inside the tub under the round perforated cover. (Please follow your state laws).
What kind of drain system does the unit have?
Most spa pedicure chairs come with a standard power drain. The Pedicure spa chair is capable of pushing the drain water out to nearly anywhere. Note: if you need a discharge pump, please let World PediSpa know before ordering. A discharge pump is not included with a standard purchase.
What is the purpose of using a discharge pump?
If your plumbing is beneath the ground, you will be using a gravity drain and you may not need a discharge pump. However if your plumbing is above the ground or from the wall which you may need drain uphill, having a discharge pump installed into the chairs will help take the water out of the tub and send it to the drain source with a push of a button on the spas.
What kind of electricity will I need to install with the unit?
Most states require a standard 110V GFCI protected outlet. Each state may vary.
Does my pedicure spa chair need to be bolted down to the ground?
No, but you do have to make sure the spa pedicure chair is securely balanced on the floor.

How long is the warranty service?
Most pedicure chairs provide a one year warranty for parts. You will receive the warranty booklet upon delivery. Contact World PediSpa or the manufacturer for warranty service.
Will I incur shipping charges?
World PediSpa offers free shipping throughout the continental U.S. for most but not all spa pedicure chair.
How does the hot and cold water hook up to the spas?
It hooks up similar to the washer/dryer for households. Most manufacturers provide 1/2" fittings.
Do I need a licensed plumber to install the spa pedicure chairs?
Yes, faulty installation by someone other than a licensed plumber may void your warranty service.
What are the featured options of a pedicure spa?
Most of our pedicure equipment feature pipeless, human touch or shiatsu massage, LED lights, an acrylic base reinforced with a fiberglass or glass bowl, and durable leatherette. Every chair comes with a technician stool at no additional charge.
What is power seat?
The seat is electronically adjustable, forward, backward, and reclines by the push of a button from the remote control.
What is pipeless Jets?
Pipeless systems use a unitized jet/filter device that is operated by its own independent motor which does not clog with body hair and dirt. The motor is mounted directly to the tub eliminating the need for pipes. Using a pipeless pedicure chair reduces the risk of infections, provides a quieter and smoother operation, and low maintenance.
What is the shiatsu or human touch massage function?
It is multiple wheels or balls gently roll up & down the back parallel to the spine. A combination of kneading, rolling, tapping, flapping, percussion, and automatic of combination.
